How do I integrate Continuata with my existing store?

We support integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, FastSpring, VibraCart Pro, Stripe, and custom API implementations. Gumroad is supported via our API.

What file types and sizes are supported?
Continuata supports any file type with individual files up to 5GB. Common formats include WAV, FLAC, ZIP, VST plugins, and software installers.
Do my customers need to install anything?

Chrome and Edge users need nothing — downloads work directly in the browser.

Safari and Firefox users install the free Continuata Bridge for the same seamless experience.

What happens if a download is interrupted?
Downloads automatically resume from where they left off. Our chunked download system remembers progress and only downloads the missing pieces, even after browser restarts.
How does pricing work?

Continuata charges 2% of sales revenue plus $0.05 per GB delivered, with a $50/mo minimum. There are no storage fees or hidden charges.

How secure is the platform?
We use SHA-256 cryptographic verification for all files, TLS 1.3 encryption, time-limited signed URLs, and host everything on a secure global edge network.
